BIOGRAPHY
Choi Siwon, also credited as Siwon, Korean pop singer and actor. Member of Super Junior and part of its subgroup, SuperJunior-M. It is also one of the first four Korean artists appearing on Chinese postage stamps. Born and raised in a Protestant family, strict in Korea. His family owns one of the largest supermarket chains in Seoul.
In 2003, when he was 16, was discovered by a talent agent andwas recommended to audition for the Starlight Casting System.Interested in a career in entertainment, auditioned despite theinitial refusal of their parents. After passing the audition, his fatherallowed him to enter the talent agency SM Entertainment with the agreement that Siwon would like a full time student. He also toldhis son that did not offer any help, because I wanted to Siwon to learn the lessons of life, working independently.
He began taking private singing lessons, dancing and acting lessons a few months after the hearing of SM Entertainment. In late 2003, he moved into the dorms with other students and began to attend training classes with them. That same year he made his first appearance in the media in the music video forDana (member of The Grace) "What Is Love".
